FOUNDATION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Fee

The Foundation Program is provided on a subscription basis at the standard retail price of $97 AUD per month (including GST), unless an approved promotional discount or special pricing arrangement has been applied at the time of enrolment.

Any promotional pricing, discounted rates, or lifetime pricing offers must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Minimum Membership Term

By enrolling in the Foundation Program, you agree to a minimum membership term of twelve (12) months.

Your membership commences on the date of registration and continues for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months unless otherwise agreed in writing by Broker Essentials.

90-Day Exit Period

Broker Essentials offers a 90-day exit period to allow members to determine whether the Foundation Program is suitable for their needs.

If you choose to cancel your membership within the first 90 days of your enrolment, you may do so by providing written notice to Broker Essentials prior to the expiry of the 90-day period.

No refunds will be provided for any fees paid during this period.

Upon cancellation within the first 90 days:

• Your future payment obligations will cease.

• Your access to the Foundation Program and associated resources will be terminated.

• No refunds will be payable for any amounts already paid.

Commitment Beyond 90 Days

If you remain enrolled in the Foundation Program after the initial 90-day exit period, you acknowledge and agree that you are committed to the full twelve (12) month membership term.

Cancellation after the first 90 days does not release you from your obligation to pay the remaining fees due for the balance of your 12-month membership term.

Payment

Members must maintain an active subscription and remain up to date with all payments to access program content, resources, live sessions, and member benefits.

Where any payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, Broker Essentials reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program and all associated materials.

Any suspension or termination of access due to non-payment does not waive or reduce any outstanding amounts owing under this agreement.

Delivery of Services

The Foundation Program includes access to online learning materials, resources, group coaching sessions, webinars, and other educational content as determined by Broker Essentials from time to time.

Live sessions are generally delivered via Zoom or another nominated online platform. Program materials and resources are delivered through the Broker Essentials online learning platform.

Broker Essentials reserves the right to update, modify, improve, replace, or remove program content, resources, session formats, presenters, and delivery methods as part of the ongoing development of the program.

Coaching Disclaimer

The Foundation Program provides education, mentoring, coaching, training, and business development support.

The program is not psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, or any other regulated professional service.

Results are dependent on many factors including individual effort, implementation, market conditions, business circumstances, and commitment. Broker Essentials makes no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, operational, or personal outcomes.

Confidentiality

Broker Essentials respects the confidentiality of all members.

Information shared during coaching sessions, mentoring sessions, workshops, group discussions, or private communications will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Broker Essentials may share general learnings, observations, themes, or de-identified case studies for educational purposes, provided no personally identifiable information is disclosed.

Session Changes

Session dates, times, presenters, and formats may be amended from time to time.

Broker Essentials will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes wherever practicable.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that all decisions made in relation to your business, finances, operations, staffing, marketing, or personal circumstances remain your sole responsibility.

Broker Essentials provides education, coaching, mentoring, guidance, ideas, and recommendations only. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any advice, suggestions, strategies, or actions discussed during the program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Essentials excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or other consequences arising directly or indirectly from participation in the program.

You agree that participation in the Foundation Program is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
