REVOLUTION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Fee

The Revolution Program is provided on a subscription basis at the standard retail price of $697 AUD per month (including GST), unless otherwise agreed in writing by Broker Essentials.

The minimum retail value of the 12-month program is $8,364 AUD (including GST).

Any promotional pricing, discounted rates, lifetime pricing arrangements, or special offers must be applied at the time of enrolment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Minimum Membership Term

By enrolling in the Revolution Program, you agree to a minimum membership commitment of twelve (12) months.

Your membership commences on the date of registration and continues for twelve (12) consecutive months unless otherwise agreed in writing by Broker Essentials.

Cancellation

The Revolution Program is a 12-month commitment.

Members may request cancellation at any time by providing written notice; however, cancellation does not release the member from their obligation to pay any fees remaining under the agreed 12-month membership term.

Access to program content, coaching sessions, resources and member benefits may cease upon cancellation or termination; however, all outstanding amounts remain payable.

Any variation to these terms must be approved in writing by Broker Essentials.

Membership Pause

Members may request a temporary pause of their membership.

Approval of any pause request is at the sole discretion of Broker Essentials.

Any approved pause period must not exceed six (6) months in total and will extend the program completion date by the duration of the approved pause.

Delivery of Services

The Revolution Program includes access to live coaching sessions, implementation workshops, project cycles, online resources, templates, recordings, training materials, guest expert sessions and other educational content.

Sessions are generally delivered via Zoom or another nominated online platform.

Program materials and resources are provided through the Broker Essentials online learning platform and associated systems.

Broker Essentials reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, update or remove program content, resources, presenters, guest speakers, session formats or delivery methods as part of the ongoing development and improvement of the program.

Payment

Members must remain current with all payments to maintain access to the Revolution Program.

Any payment outstanding for more than 30 days may result in suspension or termination of access to the program, resources and member benefits.

Suspension or termination due to non-payment does not waive, reduce or extinguish any outstanding amounts owing under this agreement.

Broker Essentials reserves the right to recover any unpaid membership fees and associated collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

Coaching Disclaimer

The Revolution Program provides education, mentoring, coaching, accountability, implementation support and business development training.

The program is not psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, taxation advice, accounting advice or any other regulated professional service.

Results vary between participants and depend upon individual effort, implementation, market conditions, business circumstances, experience, skills and commitment.

Broker Essentials makes no guarantee regarding any specific business, financial, operational or personal outcome.

Confidentiality

Broker Essentials respects the confidentiality of all members.

Information disclosed during coaching sessions, group discussions, workshops, implementation sessions or private communications will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Broker Essentials may use general observations, themes, trends, learnings and de-identified case studies for educational, training and promotional purposes, provided no personally identifiable information is disclosed.

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other members during group sessions and discussions.

Session Changes

Session dates, times, presenters, guest speakers and formats may be amended from time to time.

Broker Essentials will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes where practicable.

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, frameworks, systems, tools, documents, recordings, resources and content provided as part of the Revolution Program remain the intellectual property of Broker Essentials unless otherwise stated.

Members are granted a non-transferable licence to use these materials within their own business.

Program materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, licensed, copied or provided to any third party without prior written consent from Broker Essentials.

Member Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

Members remain solely responsible for all business, financial, operational, staffing, marketing, compliance and strategic decisions made during or following participation in the Revolution Program.

Broker Essentials provides mentoring, coaching, education, guidance and recommendations only.

All decisions and actions taken by members remain their sole responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Essentials excludes all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost, expense, loss of revenue, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of opportunity or consequential loss arising from participation in the program.

Participation in the Revolution Program is voluntary and undertaken at the member's own risk.

General

Broker Essentials reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Continued participation in the Revolution Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
